🧾 Digital Products (Workbooks, Templates, Spreadsheets)

All digital product purchases are final and non-refundable.
Due to the instant access nature of digital downloads, we are unable to offer refunds once a product has been purchased.

Before purchasing, please review product descriptions carefully or contact us with any questions at hello@realfluencemedia.com.

📞 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions

All coaching sessions are non-refundable once completed.

Rescheduling:
You may reschedule your session at least 24 hours in advance by using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us directly.

 

Late Cancellations or No-Shows:
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

🔍 Social Media Brand Audits

Once a written audit has been delivered or your audit form has been submitted, your purchase is non-refundable.

If you have any issues accessing the audit form or your report, please contact hello@realfluencemedia.com within 7 days of purchase so we can help resolve the issue.

🎁 Discounted & Bundle Purchases

Discounted items, bundles, or sales promotions (including “perpetual sales”) are also non-refundable. All pricing and discounts are clearly marked before purchase.
